I don’t know, maybe I was expecting more guidance but they made the process straightforward. The staff seemed knowledgeable and fair with my gold evaluations. I don’t know if it’s the best deal out there, but for what I needed it worked well enough. Overall a decent experience while feeling confident in their honesty.
