I asked about customizing a piece and the staff seemed eager enough but didn’t go above and beyond to make it special. A guy named Mike? No, maybe Nick? He was friendly yet somewhat detached which made me feel like my questions weren’t fully appreciated. Prices were fair, though not necessarily for everyone’s budget if you’re looking for high-end craftsmanship. Overall, an okay experience that left me wondering if there are better options elsewhere, definitely room for improvement in personalized service would elevate their game dramatically.*
