The staff was knowledgeable without being pushy, which made me feel more comfortable about making such an unusual purchase. They even threw in some handy advice for future investments that caught me off guard, that’s rare these days. As one of their brochures said “sometimes you gotta pick your battles,” though I still don’t know what battle they meant exactly! Overall, it was a smooth process with friendly people who clearly knew their stuff. Definitely worth considering if you're curious about adding precious metals to your savings mix.
