This was my first time purchasing gold and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. The staff answered all my questions patiently and helped me understand the different options available. They were straightforward without feeling pushy, which I appreciated. Prices seemed fair based on market rates, although there wasn’t a huge selection of items in-store due to current inventory levels. Overall, it felt like a trustworthy place where they genuinely care about giving you good value rather than just making a sale.
