Fair transaction but lacking in personal touch
Dealing with this jewelry buyer was a mixed bag. They offered what I thought was an average price for some old pieces, nothing extraordinary but fair enough. The staff didn’t really go out of their way to explain the process thoroughly which left me feeling a bit cautious. On the plus side, they did accept my items fairly quickly and paid on time which is always appreciated in these situations. Their customer service felt somewhat rushed but polite overall. It’s not a place I’d necessarily return to unless I have more jewelry to sell that needs quick handling without much fuss, basic service delivered as expected though certainly not impressive or exceptional at any point beyond simple transaction fairness.
