Fair offer but could have been more thorough
While the staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable, I left feeling like my jewelry could have been evaluated more thoroughly. The offer was fair but not quite what I expected. Overall, a decent experience that didn’t fully meet my hopes for top value or personalized service.
