A welcoming shop with helpful staff and genuine care
Initially, I wasn't sure what to expect but walking into the shop was a surprisingly smooth experience. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly without being overbearing. They took time to answer all my questions clearly, which I appreciated especially since I'm still learning about coins. During my visit, I ended up texting some pictures of my collection for advice after hours, they responded promptly and helpfully. While everything went well overall, there were small moments where things could have been more polished or faster-paced in terms of service flow. Still, it's clear they're dedicated professionals who genuinely care about their customers' needs so I'll likely return again soon enough altogether it felt like a solid place with good integrity despite minor quirks here and there!
