Honesty in the business really matters but left me feeling a bit cautious
Saw a customer arguing about the appraisal while I was there. It made me realize how important honesty is in this business. The staff seemed straightforward and fair, but that tension left me feeling cautious overall. Would return for now, though maybe keep my jewelry value expectations realistic next time.
