Pretty smooth experience but could use more shipping updates
Initially skeptical about buying gold, but the team here made everything straightforward and transparent. The process was smooth and professional without any pressure. Only four stars because I wish there were more real-time updates during shipping. Overall a good experience that eased my doubts somewhat.
