At first I wasn’t sure what to expect from this gold dealer, but it turned out to be a surprisingly smooth experience. They were thorough in explaining my options and answered all of my questions patiently. The process felt secure and transparent, which really put me at ease after hearing so many mixed reviews elsewhere. Their prices seemed fair given the current market conditions too. While everything was handled professionally, I did wish there had been a bit more guidance on how best to store or protect the investment long term, something that would’ve made me feel even better about choosing them early on. Overall though, I'm thankful for their assistance; they definitely earned my trust through reliability and clear communication
