Chose gold investing but shipping delay was a pain, still happy with the quality though
Deciding to invest in gold was a significant step for me and the process with this dealer overall proved reliable. The selection is decent and the customer service, while professional, sometimes felt a bit overly formal given my casual questions. Prices are competitive but not necessarily better than some other options out there. Shipping took longer than expected which added unnecessary stress to an already nerve-wracking decision-making process. Nevertheless, once everything arrived in good condition I felt reassured about its quality especially since documentation was thorough. It's frustrating when things don’t go exactly as planned but at least their transparency helped smooth over minor hiccups along the way.
