A simple and smooth process with friendly staff
Initially worried about the process being too complicated or slow, I was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be quite smooth. We visited with my partner expecting more hassle but found that their staff made everything straightforward and efficient. The selection of gold was decent enough for what we needed, though maybe not extensive. Prices seemed fair given market conditions, and there wasn't any pressure to buy on the spot which was a relief. Overall, it wasn’t a glamorous experience but quick and done as promised, just right if you're looking for simplicity without unnecessary fuss.
