Been happy with their service overall. They offer fair prices and a straightforward process, making it easy to sell gold or silver quickly. However, the appraisals can sometimes feel slightly rushed which keeps me cautious about getting the best value each time I visit.

While my experience with this gold dealer was generally okay, there were a few things that left me feeling somewhat mixed. The staff seemed knowledgeable enough and answered most of my questions clearly, which I appreciated. However, the process felt slightly rushed at times and I didn’t always get as much detailed info as I'd hoped for. Pricing was fair but not exactly competitive compared to other places I've researched, still within reason though (LATAM). Overall, it’s not bad if you’re just starting out or want something straightforward, but don’t expect top-tier service or anything extraordinary. A decent option worth considering when weighing your choices carefully.
