Could use a bit more attentiveness in service
While the selection of gold was good and there seemed to be fair prices, I felt a bit disappointed with how some things were handled during my visit. One staff member appeared knowledgeable but also somewhat indifferent at times which made me feel slightly unsure about their level of commitment. The overall process was smooth enough, and I appreciated that they explained options clearly. However, the wait time for assistance was longer than expected considering it wasn’t very busy when I arrived. It's not a bad place by any means just comes off as needing more attentive service to really make customers feel valued throughout their experience.
