good for casual browsing but could use more guidance
There's a certain charm in their selection of pieces, though I felt some options were rather standard. The staff was friendly enough but not overly attentive, which left me wanting a bit more guidance. My engagement ring turned out lovely and met my expectations, yet the process could have been smoother if they offered clearer details upfront. Prices seemed fair given the quality but didn't quite feel like a steal either. Overall? It’s solid for casual browsing or simple gifts, just don’t expect too many surprises along the way. Still considering whether to return for future purchases because it has potential with room to improve on personalized service.
