The staff was okay, but the process felt a bit rushed and not very detailed. Nothing stood out as particularly good or bad, it just did what I needed without any extras.
Was a good place to buy gold. They were friendly and helpfull, but I slipped open the case with my coins - kinda embarassing lol. Still would go back for more stuff!

While everything went smoothly enough in person, their follow-up service didn't quite meet expectations just left me somewhat unsure about how best to proceed long-term with any investments or purchases made here altogether given this mixed impression they left on me so far
