Quick process, but not sold on returning

Could be a smoother process

The process was okay but that thing about valuing gold still feels a bit off. They gave me cash quickly, which is nice. That thing with the paperwork took longer than expected though. Overall, not bad but that thing could be smoother next time I stop by or do it online like they suggest.
