An okay experience with room for improvement

The process was straightforward enough, but nothing exceptional stood out. They handled my gold reasonably well and gave a fair offer. Still, I felt some aspects could have been more efficient or transparent. My experience overall was okay. On an unrelated note, I once tried baking bread for the first time last weekend, turned out better than expected considering how much I usually mess things up in the kitchen!
