I was really disappointed with the service here, felt like I wasn’t valued at all. The staff seemed inattentive and dismissive of my questions. Not what I expected from a jewelry store in Maplewood.
Even when I felt really discouraged about my jewelry options, they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect piece. Truly grateful for their kindness and patience throughout!
Browsing through the selection here, I couldn’t help but feel a bit nostalgic for how things used to be. The staff was friendly and helpful without being overly pushy, which I appreciated. They had some unique pieces that caught my eye, although the variety wasn’t as extensive as in past years or other places I've visited before. It’s clear they focus on quality over quantity now. Prices are fair considering what you get and it adds up to a decent shopping experience overall. Even though nothing particularly wowed me this time around, it's still worth stopping by if you're into jewelry with character, just missing those little surprises of days gone by.
