Decent service but a bit unsure about the process
This place left me a bit unsure. They were friendly and professional, which I appreciated, but there was something about the process that didn’t feel entirely straightforward. The offer they made for my jewelry seemed fair enough at first glance but reviewing it afterward made me wonder if I could have gotten more elsewhere. On the flip side, their team was accommodating when I asked questions and took care to make sure everything went smoothly. It’s not an experience that leaves you completely confident, or completely disappointed, but maybe suitable if you're looking for decent service without high-pressure sales tactics. A middle-of-the-road option worth considering with some caution added in mind.
