Went in with the intention of just browsing and seeing what they had to offer. The staff was friendly enough, answered my questions without making me feel pressed for a sale. My transaction went smoothly without any surprises or upselling tactics pulling me one way or another. While I wouldn't say it's necessarily mind-blowing compared to other places I've been, there's definitely respect earned here through professionalism and transparency, important qualities when you're dealing with precious metals investments like gold bars or coins. Would consider returning if I'm ever thinking about diversifying again because sometimes simplicity works best especially when trust is involved even if service isn't over-the-top extraordinary, that's okay by me as long as everything gets handled properly during your visit..
