I was pretty excited to finally pick out a special piece, but honestly, there were moments when I felt unsure about the whole experience. The staff seemed friendly enough, though sometimes they appeared busy and not as attentive as I'd hoped. They helped me choose some lovely options but didn’t go into much detail that would have made me more confident in my choice. After shopping around elsewhere since then, I realize this place has potential but needs to improve on their customer guidance for first-timers like myself who tend to get nervous easily. Still, it's worth considering if you're just after something nice without high expectations of perfect service every time; it’s okay overall.
