Decent prices but lacking transparency and clear guidance
Walking out of there feeling a bit lukewarm about the whole experience. The staff seemed friendly enough, but I didn't get the clear guidance I was hoping for when selling my gold. Prices were decent but not outstanding, and it felt like they could have offered more transparency on how they valued pieces. Nothing terrible happened, I just expected a little better communication and honesty from start to finish. If you’re in a rush or don’t mind doing some homework before visiting anyway, it might work fine for quick sales; otherwise, shop around first. You didn’t hear this from me, but don’t expect too much beyond average service here.
