Loving my new hoops, can’t stop receiving compliments

The hoops I picked is now my favorite piece, and i constantly get compliments on them. Great quality and friendly service made it a great visit!

Helpful but a bit too much jewelry jargon

The selection was decent and the staff friendly enough, but I felt a bit rushed when choosing something. They explained different gold purity levels in such detail that it made me second-guess even simple necklace choices. While helpful, sometimes less explanation would have let me focus more on what I liked about each piece rather than deciphering jewelry jargon.
