Good service but a bit confusing at times
Really happy with the service, they were nicе but didnt explain everything clearly. Felt like I was lernning as i went along but overal very satisfied!

Helpful staff but needs to improve personalized support
Initially thought I had a good grasp of the process but found myself confused at times trying to navigate everything on my own. The online resources provided were helpful, yet I sometimes felt like there was too much information and not enough personalized guidance. It’s partly my fault for not asking more questions early on. That said, their team responded promptly when I reached out which kept things moving forward reasonably well. Overall, it feels like they are competent but could improve in offering clearer support that doesn’t leave clients guessing or second-guessing themselves about complex details. Would probably recommend with some reservations based on how manageable you find handling things solo rather than relying completely on them.

Not quite sure how I feel about this place
Not sure who's running the show... but I’m buying metals. The process was smooth enough, though some things felt a bit unclear. Hopefully everything works out as planned.
