I wasn’t sure what to expect but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise being there. The staff was knowledgeable and easy to work with, making the process smooth. While everything went well overall, I felt some areas could use more transparency or clearer communication at times.
Their team was super helpful and transparent. I appreciate the honest answers, even about small details like a glue spot on slab, no surprises!
