Surprisingly positive visit with trustworthy advice and quality products

I just wanted to see for myself what all the fuss was about and ended up having a surprisingly positive experience. The staff was friendly and approachable, making me feel comfortable during my visit. They explained everything clearly without any pressure which I really appreciated. Their selection of gold coins looked genuine and well-maintained. While it’s not a place I’d visit daily, it definitely exceeded my expectations in quality service and product authenticity. It’s nice to find somewhere trustworthy where you can get honest advice when shopping for precious metals on occasion. Overall, a solid spot if you're curious or looking to make an occasional purchase with confidence here in town.

Could use more attention to detail

They quickly gave me a quote, but their reaction seemed unnecessary and sloppy. It felt like they were in a rush and didn’t pay attention to details. The process was fast but left me unsure about how well I was understood. Not bad overall, just not particularly professional either.
