The smell of the store was calming, with that faint hint of lavender mixed into a subtle floral aroma. I kept noticing how nice the smell was as I browsed and picked out my jewelry. It’s rare to find such a pleasant scent layering through every corner. The smell really made shopping more enjoyable from start to finish, giving it an inviting vibe without being overly overwhelming at all.
Staff was friendly but I felt like they pushed for a sale more than helping me find what I wanted, leaving me feeling somewhat frustrated and undervalued during my visit.
