So, I walk in expecting a smooth deal and instead got the fast-talking seller rushing through everything. They did give me a fair quote but when it came to handling my jewelry, things felt kinda rushed and sloppy. No real explanation about how they assessed each piece which left me guessing if I was getting what’s really due. The place is busy so maybe that’s why they move quick but still, could’ve been more organized or professional in showing some care for my items. Overall? Good enough for now if you’re just looking for cash quickly, just don’t expect top-tier service or attention to detail every time.
