Thought it would be more complicated but the process was pretty smooth
Not gonna lie, I had some reservations about investing in a Gold IRA online but this company made the process straightforward enough. They provided clear guidance and answered my questions patiently which I appreciated. Not gonna lie either, there were moments when it felt like a lot to take in all at once especially if you’re new to gold investments. The website was easy enough to navigate even though occasional delays popped up with communication from support which wasn’t perfect but overall they did follow through on their promises. It’s not flawless so that’s why I’d say it's solid but maybe not quite top-tier for everyone looking for premium service just yet.
