Had my clasp fixed quickly, no fuss
Had a broken clasp and was worried, but they managed to fix it quickly. It’s fine for just okay stuff but nothing special; no complaints though.

Unexpected find with unique details and quality at a fair price
Initially, I thought the selection was pretty standard and not particularly special. But then I found a piece that really caught my eye it had details I hadn’t seen elsewhere. Turns out, looks can be deceiving because they offered great quality at a fair price. The staff seemed knowledgeable but didn’t push for an upsell which made me feel more comfortable during the browsing process. My only small critique is that some items could have been displayed with clearer descriptions or labels to help narrow down choices faster. Still overall solid service and craftsmanship; would consider returning when hunting for something unique again though maybe bring extra time along next visit.

I had a really pleasant experience visiting. The staff was friendly and attentive without feeling pushy, which I appreciated.
