There’s a quiet elegance to their jewelry that feels thoughtfully crafted without trying too hard. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the selection process relaxed rather than rushed. I appreciated how they took time to explain different pieces and custom options, although some of my choices could have been more clearly presented upfront.
