Solid gold options and friendly staff but could use better listening skills
Decided to explore some gold options and gave this dealer a try. Their selection was solid, with clear explanations of the different products which made it easier to compare choices. The staff were friendly but sometimes seemed rushed, so I felt they could improve on really listening to what customers want instead of just pushing certain items. Transactions went smoothly overall and prices appeared competitive for the market. It’s one place I’ll consider again as I learn more about investing in precious metals because their advice is straightforward but can be deeper when they take time to truly understand my goals. A decent experience that left me feeling confident enough without overselling or pressure situations.
