The process was okay. The staff seemed knowledgeable enough, and they explained things clearly which is okay. Prices were okay but not the highest I've seen. Overall, it felt like a trustworthy place with an okay vibe, I might come back if I need to sell again or just check out what’s available. Okay indeed!
