The thing about this gold dealer is that the prices are fair, but that thing they do with customer service feels a bit off. The process was okay overall, though, that thing could definitely be improved.
I've bought gold here multiple times, and the team is always helpful but you can tell they're worn out from endless questions. Still, they never rush or slip up, trustworthy service every time.
The gold selection is decent and the staff are knowledgeable, but I found their prices a bit high. They seem eager to sell which makes me slightly cautious. Overall, it's an okay place if you're careful about your options and willing to do some research beforehand.
