Wasnt sure at first but they really know their stuff. Capsule foggy prob age, but I feel good about the deal and staff was super friendly! Would def come back again.
Can’t complain, got some good advice on jewelry valuation but nothing extraordinary. Decent place to check out if you're not in a rush or looking for anything special.
I’ve visited a few jewelry shops in town, but this place definitely left an impression. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain everything without rushing me through. They offered fair prices for my pieces and made sure I understood each step of the process. While nothing felt overly rushed or pressured, there were moments where things could have been more polished or streamlined for a smoother experience. Still, I appreciated their honesty and warmth throughout my visit. Overall it’s somewhere I would consider returning to if I ever want to sell or upgrade something special, definitely worth checking out if you’re nearby because they make you feel like family even on the busiest days. I'm still thinking about it
