I just wish their customer service was better. waited forever to get help, and when I finally did, it didn’t feel like they cared much. not worth the hassle next time I’ll go somewhere else.
I’ve never had such a frustrating visit to a jewelry store. They promised repairs would be quick but it took forever and I got nothing but excuses. Totally disappointed with the lack of professionalism.
