Really pleased with the service, they answered all my questions and made me feel confident about my purchase. Only minor thing was dust under plastic near date, but it didn't bother me much.
Their selection and service are top-notch, despite my initial faint reluctance. I’m really glad I decided to go with them, everything went smoothly and exceeded what I hoped for.
Really happy with the level of service and quality. The sticky gap across foam insert wasn't an issue for me, really impressed overall!
Sorry if this sounds a bit critical, but my experience with the gold dealer was somewhat mixed. They offered a decent selection and their website made it easy to browse options from home. The staff responded promptly when I reached out with questions, which I appreciated. However, delivery took longer than initially promised sometimes and there were moments where communication could have been clearer. Overall though they seemed genuine about helping customers build their portfolios maybe just needing some tweaks in logistics or customer service flow would make things even better. Still glad I went through them for my investment needs despite these hiccups along the way.
