It's unlikely I’ll return in the future
Went there to get a quote for some jewelry, and while the experience wasn’t terrible, it didn’t meet my expectations. The owner was nice and respectful during our interaction, which I appreciated, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that they didn’t really take me seriously as a seller. When it came to the appraisal, the offer they gave me was significantly lower than what I had expected based on my research and what I know about the value of my pieces. While I understand businesses like this need to make a profit, the quote felt unreasonably low. Because of that, I decided not to sell my jewelry there. Although the owner was polite and respectful, the overall experience left me feeling disappointed. I was hoping for a more thorough explanation of the pricing and a quote that reflected more of the value I was expecting.
