Remarkably straightforward and friendly atmosphere. The staff was patient and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Prices seemed fair, but I left with a little hesitation about the appraisal process being entirely transparent. Overall though, it felt honest and trustworthy despite some reservations.
Honestly, I was frustrated with how they handled my visit. Promised quick service but waited forever and felt like I wasn’t valued at all. Not sure if I'll go back anytime soon.
