Loved shopping here, the nicks are a bit worn but nothing bad. The place has good vibes and helpful people. Will visit again when I need some gold stuff! Torn nick along tube cap was not an issue at all.
Remarkably straightforward and friendly atmosphere. The staff was patient and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Prices seemed fair, but I left with a little hesitation about the appraisal process being entirely transparent. Overall though, it felt honest and trustworthy despite some reservations.
Honestly, I was frustrated with how they handled my visit. Promised quick service but waited forever and felt like I wasn’t valued at all. Not sure if I'll go back anytime soon.
