Could use a bit more guidance

The process was straightforward enough, but I didn't feel any extra guidance or support. It’s okay, not great, just kind of there without much engagement during the whole thing.

Really appreciated how transparent and patient they were throughout the process

I was initially cautious but the team at this online gold IRA company made everything straightforward and transparent which gave me a lot of confidence in their process they answered all my questions patiently and I feel more secure about my retirement investments now
