worth browsing but could use some improvements

While the selection was decent and I appreciated the knowledgeable staff, some of my expectations weren’t fully met. The store offers a variety of beautiful pieces but felt slightly overpriced for what you get. Customer service was friendly enough, yet lacked that extra touch to make me feel truly valued as a client. Repairs took longer than anticipated which was disappointing considering their reputation. Overall, it’s an alright place to browse or pick up something special if you're patient and have reasonable expectations. They tried, they really did, but there’s room for improvement in atmosphere and value perception too.

Such a lovely shopping experience

Had a great time here, my mom was so happy with her new necklace! the lady helping us was super nice and patient. Definetly gona come bak again soon!
