First time coin buyer looking to invest. I wanted to buy bullion but doug stared me to a 1881s Morgan dollar which he sold me for $5000. He said he'd buy it back at any time, now once I've found the value was $100 if I'm lucky he won't buy it back and im out $4900. Worst experience at any place I've spent money. That was my kids college fund. Total fraudster.
Honestly, I felt kinda awkward about the whole gold buying process but they made it surprisingly smooth and transparent. Appreciate their honesty and friendly guidance overall.
I'm torn about how I feel. The staff was friendly and helpful, but part of me wonders if I should have explored more options first. Overall though, a solid experience that left me thinking.
